PARTICIPANT MEETING: MARCH 30 at 7:30pm
in the auditorium. All participants and at least one parent/guardian must
be present. Health forms should be submitted by this date.
^Payment of the deposit is a commitment to travel. Refunds will only be
issued if the trip is full AND a replacement is found for your spot.
This trip has been approved as a Cardinal Band Club-sponsored trip.
All participants must have a notarized health form on file with the band
before departure.

Who are we
traveling with?
We will be traveling with Academic
Travel Services, a North Carolina based travel company.
We used this same company for our trip to Florida 2 years ago and were
extremely pleased with what they provided to us.
